Eagles News · 2019 Summer Speed, Agility,and Strength Camp


This summer is a great opportunity to have your players work with us on taking their game to next level. With our camps your players will get faster, quicker and stronger in a way that will enhance their performance on the field.

We will work on:

  • Define and employ proper running technique for your sport.
  • Address linear and multidirectional speed demands of the sport focusing on technique.
  • Prevent injury by emphasizing proper technique and training.
  • Enhance reaction speeds and changes in direction specific to the sport.
  • Incorporate appropriate strength programs into training to enhance the development of player’s game and speed.
  • Provide the right nutritional education to improve your health as well as take your game to the next level.

More information:

  • The classes are Monday thru Friday for June and July
  • The classes are 5 days a week for 1.5 hour a day at an Age Specific Time
  • 7:00 am to 8:30 am (13 to 18 years old)
