- Summer strength training and conditioning starts for all levels on June 3rd. Skills will be in the weight room from 7 to 9 a.m. and then go outside for speed/condition training for an hour. All other players show up to speed/condition training from 8 to 9 a.m. and then weight room from 9-11 a.m. You only lift on Tuesday, no conditioning or speed. All players need to have cleats and gym shoes and bring plenty of water.
Upper level players will attend camp from July 23-27 at Cal Lutheran. After returning from camp, Varsity and Junior Varsity have football meetings and practice starting at 3:00 p.m. on July 29th. Freshman will hand out equipment on July 24th and start practice on Monday, July 29th at 5:45 a.m. Please bring cleats and gym shoes everyday. All Athletic paperwork MUST be turned in prior to practice. Practices are mandatory, Monday through Saturday, and will run for approximately 2 to 2.5 hours a day.
