Summer is almost here and what are you doing to prepare for next year?
It is that time of the season, when we start to plan how we are going to take our game to another level for next year and we are excited to work with your athletes again this summer. The staff of The P.A.S.S Program are proud to announce the return of our sport specific strength and speed program to begin in June 1, 2020. In our continued effort to work with Arizona Sports Complex, we will be opening our strength and speed training program at their air conditioned facility. This will be to provide a specific strength training program that will work in conjunction with our speed and agility regimen. The focus of this program will be to provide our athletes the specific training needed to be more competitive as well as athletic in their sport. Over seventeen years of modifying and sharpening specific exercises will go into this program so that our athletes get the most benefit out of the effort and their time.
It’s a great way to learn how to dominate your game and have FUN!
- Classes are Monday thru Friday (5 days a week) for June and July and the High School Athletes will start at 7:00am and go to 9:00am.
- All other age groups will start at different times based on the age groups
