Register your athlete at https://www.registermyathlete.com/login/ Summer strength training and conditioning starts for all levels on June 3rd.  Skills will be in the weight room from 7 to 9 a.m. and then go outside for speed/condition training for an hour.  All  other players show up to speed/condition training from 8 to 9 a.m. and then weight room
